Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how our cancellation policy works:
- Cancellations can be made through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle
- Annual subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but refunds are subject to our refund policy
- Upon cancellation, you'll continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the service has been activated
- Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days of purchase
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
- Processing fees and taxes are non-refundable
Important Note: Refunds are not available for services that have already been activated and used. This includes any streaming service accounts that have been successfully set up and accessed.
Special Circumstances
We understand that sometimes special circumstances may arise. In such cases:
- Technical issues preventing service access may be eligible for a refund
- Duplicate charges will be fully refunded
- Service unavailability for extended periods may qualify for compensation
